amFAR Cannes 2013 - The Ultimate Gold Fashion Show
Carine Roitfeld and LoveGold invited us to join amFAR’s 20th Cinema Against Aids benefit at the Hotel du Cap- Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes.
This star-laden event is traditionally the most glamorous and unpredictable evening of the Festival. Forty top models glittered in a collection of gold jewels and gowns from legendary and emerging designers. Carine chose our Khalakahl bands, hand-forged in 18 carat yellow gold. Lashed with silken ribbons to her arms and wearing a Rick Owens metallic gown, model Lisa Verbeght became a warrior princess, a golden Boadiccea.
The evening raised $25million for AIDS research.
