Gemfields International Launch
In 2013 we partnered with Gemfields, the leading miners of ethically sourced coloured stones, in an international launch of Zambian emeralds and Mozambican rubies.
Inspired by the relationship between ritual and heritage in jewellery, we deliberately chose smaller, finer rubies which exuded energy and life. The resulting pieces hopefully demonstrate a true union between colour and form.
For the Phoenix ring, our signature flower motif is carved into lemony yellow gold and set with eighteen carefully graduated rubies. A powerful allegory for the gem as a symbol of birth and renewal.
The sinuous Mneme drop earrings are created around a bolt of tiny rubies, a minute river of fire. Elegant and confident.
